🌿Healing Happens in connection

We offer integrated psychotherapy that honours the connections between your body, mind, spirit, and environment. We are here to help you find the right therapist.

🤲 How We Work Together

Psychotherapy is our foundation; every relationship begins within a clear clinical frame, guided by your goals, needs, and readiness for change. Most of our therapists integrate adjunctive healing practices, such as mindfulness, yoga therapy, expressive arts, sound, or energy-based work into the psychotherapy experience to support the therapeutic process and enhance nervous system regulation. We offer in-person therapy in Collingwood and online therapy across Ontario and Canada, for individuals, couples, and families.

🌅 Getting Started

New Clients: Book a free 15-minute video/phone consultation to discuss your needs. You can also browse therapist profiles to review approaches and availability. Need help? Reach out to us.

Returning Clients: We reserve your same day and time weekly or biweekly, until your sessions end. If you ever need to book a session yourself, select your therapist and book via their online booking page. If they are missing or full, contact us. We prioritize returning clients.

James provides a calm, compassionate presence for adults navigating grief, relationship challenges, major life transitions, anxiety, and questions of identity and purpose. His work is especially well suited to new fathers adjusting to parenthood, men seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others, women looking for a grounded and thoughtful therapeutic relationship, and older adults exploring life’s changing seasons.
