🌿Healing Happens in connection

We offer integrated psychotherapy that honours the connections between your body, mind, spirit, and environment. We are here to help you find the right therapist.

🤲 How We Work Together

Psychotherapy is our foundation; every relationship begins within a clear clinical frame, guided by your goals, needs, and readiness for change. Most of our therapists integrate adjunctive healing practices, such as mindfulness, yoga therapy, expressive arts, sound, or energy-based work into the psychotherapy experience to support the therapeutic process and enhance nervous system regulation. We offer in-person therapy in Collingwood and online therapy across Ontario and Canada, for individuals, couples, and families.

🌅 Getting Started

New Clients: Book a free 15-minute video/phone consultation to discuss your needs. You can also browse therapist profiles to review approaches and availability. Need help? Reach out to us.

Returning Clients: We reserve your same day and time weekly or biweekly, until your sessions end. If you ever need to book a session yourself, select your therapist and book via their online booking page. If they are missing or full, contact us. We prioritize returning clients.

Ron is a Registered Psychotherapist with more than 25 years of experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families. He holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has spent much of his career working internationally with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.

Ron’s style is active, conversational, and grounded. He is comfortable with anger, avoidance, conflict, silence, and the unexpected, and he does not expect clients to arrive with the right words. He works collaboratively to understand what is happening beneath the surface and to help clients recognize how past experiences and relationship patterns may be shaping their lives today.

His primary approach is Emotion-Focused Therapy, and he also draws from EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, family systems theory, and mindfulness. .

Ron brings warmth, humour, curiosity, and directness to the work, adapting therapy to the person in front of him rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

If you’re looking for therapy that is thoughtful, honest, and willing to go deeper, you’re welcome to book a session with Ron.

I support men and couples who are ready to show up more fully in their relationships—with others, and with themselves. Many of my clients are navigating emotional disconnection, identity shifts, or the quiet sense that something needs to change—but aren’t sure where to start.

With a background in the trades, I often work with men who’ve spent years in performance-based roles—whether in construction, athletics, or business—and are now learning to turn inward, speak honestly, and build stronger emotional connection.

Alongside my private practice, I provide clinical supervision to other relational psychotherapists. I bring over a decade of experience, grounded presence, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative. I’m trained through the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), with additional training in TIST (Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment), the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and Satir family therapy.
