I work with people who are ready to stop performing wellness—and start truly healing. Many of my clients are high-functioning but deeply tired, carrying the long-term impacts of trauma, burnout, shame, and disconnection. They want more than symptom relief—they’re seeking a grounded, meaningful return to themselves.

For over two decades, I’ve supported people through profound transition and healing—from my early work with women and youth in shelters and youth on therapeutic canoe trips, to my current integrative psychotherapy and yoga therapy practice. Since 2000, I’ve been walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through the slow, brave work of healing.

I bring a trauma- and neurobiologically-informed approach grounded in deep relational presence. I hold a diploma in psychotherapy, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and over 1,000+ hours of yoga therapy training. I have also trained in Polyvagal Theory, Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, Attachment-based Psychotherapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM™), and Satir family systems work.

For those drawn to spiritual growth, I offer an approach that honours the body’s innate intelligence as a gateway to inner transformation. Our work may include breath, movement, visualization, or energy-based practices to help you reconnect with your core self and explore a deeper sense of meaning, belonging, and purpose.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, and gently challenged in our work together. Sessions are unscripted and intuitive, but grounded in clinical fluency and lived experience. This is work that invites not just understanding—but embodiment, integration, and lasting change.

You don’t have to be “better” before you begin. You just have to be willing to begin.
